The Anointing
The presence and the work of the Holy Spirit in a person's life.
"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me." Luke 4.18

To Minister
To serve, help or bless another by the enabling of the Holy Spirit.
"Not that we are competent to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant." 2 Corinthians 3. 5-6

Physical Response (such as falling, shaking etc.)
There are times when, in the presence of God, the Holy Spirit ministers and the recipient of that ministry responds in a physical way. A physical response to the Holy Spirit's ministry is not mandatory, however, different people respond in different ways. E.g Daniel 10. 1-9, Acts 9.1-19, Revelation 1. 9-18.

Why do we pray and sing in tongues?

What is prophecy and why do we prophecy?
"But everyone who prophecies speaks to men for their strengthening, encouragement and comfort." 1 Corinthians 14.3.
