Each of the four major types of groups - Fellowship small groups, Discipleship small groups, Prayer small groups and Evangelism small groups will emphasise group life differently.

All groups will have the common thread of the 8 core values running through them - their interpretation will be different due to the nature and purpose of the group and the group members. All groups will have elements of each group which are incorporated in the core values.

The type of group will mean that the dominant component of group life mentioned i.e. 'Learn' - 'Discipleship' would be emphasised above the others.

The dominant theme of a Discipleship Small Group will be about learning, an Evangelistic Small Group will be about Reaching, a Prayer Small Group will be about Praying and a Fellowship Small Group will be about Loving.

The common bond, the key stone for all groups is Relationship - the Purpose of the group will flow from relationship, the core values will flow from relationship, the community life of the group will flow from relationship.
